Sabrina Ocasio-D’Agostino was a beloved 1st and 2nd Grade teacher at Mount Hope.

Sabrina loved teaching, her students and God, setting an example of faith that inspired all those who knew her. She passed away on October 5th, 2016. This scholarship honors Sabrina’s passion for education and children.
